How does this website work?
Offer companies pay us for each completed offer and that lets us pay for the free money. Many people can vouche that these sites arent scams!

I live outside the United States. May I participate in this site?
Anyone who is a verified and confirmed PayPal member can participate.

Can I close my account?
No, in order to keep the DB in order we do not allow closed accounts. You can just leave it go and nothing bad will happen since we don't send spam.

My Account is on HOLD
If your account is on hold you can email admin@boredfix.com for an appeal. We do not answer all appeals and most users on hold will not be re-activated because we only put users on hold for major reasons.

My order is still "Processing"
Orders generally process in 10 days but sometimes we need to wait for funds to send a money prize in which case it may take 30 days.

I completed an offer, but have not received credit
If you do not recieve credit there is not much we can do about it unless there is a single offer that is not performing.

My referral has completed an offer, but has not received credit
If you have a referral that says they have completed an offer they must report it themselves.

My friend joined this site, but not using my referral link
There is nothing that will be done about that. A person's registration is final and will not be changed.

My referral is on HOLD
They must contact the admin themselves! You cannot report it for them.

Can I Have a Tracking Number?
I don't think I will be able to keep track of that much data but once the item is ship your status will change to reflect it.

When Will I Receive My Money?
Your money will be recieved after your status has been changed to "Item Sent".
